Delissa Cavitt, B.A.
Delissa Cavitt is a recent graduate of Texas Wesleyan University where she graduated with her Bachelor’s of Science in Education. Delissa received the Outstanding Elementary Student Teacher of the Year Award from Texas Wesleyan for 2010-2011 and was on the Dean’s List for four straight years. She hopes to find a teaching job soon and after a few years teaching plans to go on to get her Masters as a Reading Specialist. Delissa looks forward to helping instill a passion for reading in all her students. She believes that by setting high expectations for every student, students will rise to the occasion and become their very best.In her spare time, Delissa enjoys spending time with loved ones, running, traveling, hiking, backpacking, going to church, reading, and cheering on the Dallas Cowboys.
