Special Midterms and Finals Study Sessions

Midterms and Finals can be a particularly stressful time for students. The Reading Connection has a solution! Current students in grades 5-12 can sign up to come to the clinic for extended study sessions for mid-term and final exams. For these sessions, the clinic will be open during the day and on weekends to accommodate the student's schedule. Students can also sign up for a group session and study as a team. We have found when students have a quiet, tranquil place to study with a supportive adult assisting in the studying process that the exam process goes much smoother. Moreover, students learn the study skills necessary to become independent from parents in studying for comprehensive examinations.
