What do snakes and spiders have in common with saws and measuring tapes? Future carpenters will find out as they create wooden critters during Camp Tool Time. Campers will explore tools and how they work, while learning about snakes and spiders. They will also enjoy real examples of these creatures and more, on loan from the Fort Worth Museum of Science and History. Ready, set, hammer!

Calling all shutterbugs! This opportunity is for you! In this exciting camp, we will learn photography skills, digital editing and more to create that perfect shot. Basic computer skills and digital camera required.

Come have fun in the director’s chair! Campers will gain experience in the fundamental aspects of movie-making including, script writing, video shooting, and post-production techniques. Computer experience recommended; movie making experience not required; and popcorn provided!

Become a trained babysitter! Preteens will learn how to safely and properly care for infants, toddlers and pre-school aged children. Various topics and activities will include: learning how to handle an emergency, learning how to diaper a baby, how and what to feed children of different ages, fun babysitter games, and proper babysitter etiquette. Campers will receive a certificate of completion to present to perspective babysitting clients.

Put on your dance shoes and come learn the basics of modern dance. Lasting memories will be made and recorded in a dancer’s diary. Parents and friends will join the dancers on the final day for a dance concert.

This camp is a real page turner! Budding authors will let their imaginations run wild as they create, write and share their thrilling tales. On the final day, parents and friends will celebrate with the newly published authors at an autograph party!

Calling all detectives! Stacks of books have disappeared from The Reading Connection Clinic; and we need help finding them. This camp will be an exciting adventure, in which campers will become crime-scene investigators. They will maintain a crime a journal, examine their evidence and put their problem-solving skills to the test, in hopes of nabbing the suspect.

This camp will explore the lives of children growing up in the White House. Step into the role of a President’s kid, and find out what it’s like to grow up in a mansion with over 100 rooms, and so much more!

Nothing beats putting on a play in the summertime! This camp is filled with exciting Reader’s Theater selections, that will capture your child’s attention and simultaneously improve their reading skills. Campers will perform their own Reader’s Theater created script on the final day. Be there when the curtain rises!

It’s not rocket science, but wait, it is! This camp is designed to introduce campers to the basic laws of motion and aerodynamics, while incorporating space-themed activities. From creating “moon rocks,” to designing and launching rockets, this camp will be a BLAST!

What is black, white and cuddly all over? No, it is not a zebra! It’s a Panda Bear! Everything black, white and fun will make this camp exciting for the eager early learner. Experiences will include, story time based on imaginative literature, hands-on creative art projects, age-appropriate cooking experiences and interactive play.

Based on the popular Fancy Nancy series, this camp will offer exciting, educational activities for giggly little girls. We will learn impeccable manners and vocabulary, eat delectable treats, partake in spa treatments and create stupendous crafts. On the last day, we will have a celebratory tea party while adorned in the most fancy outfits (that's a fancy way of saying dress up!).

This fun-filled camp will introduce your curious child to nature’s creepy crawlers using a multi-sensory approach. From exploring the life cycle of a caterpillar, to making edible spiders, this camp is perfect for your little bug!
